• Cookies. Authentication and session cookies required to keep you signed in.

2. How we use your information

• Provide, operate, and improve the service.
• Process your uploaded documents through AI models to generate analyses, drafts, and answers.
• Authenticate you and secure your account.
• Communicate service updates, security alerts, and support replies.

3. AI processing

Your documents and prompts are sent to AI providers to generate responses. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models. Outputs are returned only to your workspace and the teammates you invite.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in private workspaces hosted on industry-standard cloud infrastructure. We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and isolated per-workspace storage. Only you and teammates you invite can access your workspace content.

5. Third-party services

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the service, including hosting, authentication, payments (Stripe), email delivery, and AI model providers. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services to us.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies strictly necessary for authentication and session management. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not sell your personal information or use cross-site advertising trackers.

7. Data retention and deletion

We retain your account data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated content at any time by contacting us. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.
